AM3+ Vs FM Series?

What is the difference between these series..?
I see that the FM series sticks to quad core where as AM3 goes up to 8..Is one series better at things than the other?

Did just notice the FM series has integrated graphics as well! What sort of system would you run a FM APU in?

if you want on board cpu gpu, get FM series.
