AMD 6600xt displaying 0 for gpu and memory clock speeds, missing some sensors entirely

This is my first AMD card and so when I fired up GPU-Z to look at some of the sensor data, I found that some of the values display 0 and additionally, there's a very small amount of sensor data available when compared to the AMD radeon metric software. I'm running the latest GPU-Z, latest AMD drivers. I'm not really sure what it could be, I don't seem to be finding similar problems when I google search; any help would be much appreciated!

Computer specs:

Board: Z-270A Pro
CPU: i5-7600k
RAM: G.Skill 2x8gb 3000MHZ CL15

Interesting, it looks like GPU-Z can't talk to the graphics driver. Does the problem go away with 21.10.1 Beta?
