Nobody noticed AMD silently updated beta driver on July 19????

I have noticed poor system performance when watching Twitch on July 12 drivers which seems to be fixed on updated ones.

I'm still using 17.7.1 unfortunately, because anything after that just bonks my undervolts when my PC goes to sleep.
