Yo guys, looks like there is something new in this one, haven't had the time to really look into it, so i leave you guys to it

Every component is newer, with a few new ones....
Driver comes with CAPs already included and more updated than 13.5 CAP1, so no need to install any CAPs.
This is the first driver for Windows Blue (8.1 or whatever) and also for Vista, 7 and 8.
This driver IS NOT WHQL.

Trying them now they say 13.6 and are definitely drivers

no viruses either afaik scanned with malwarebytes

No issue here but they are benchmarking lower marginally

Still think I'll hold off until AMD's release notes show some gaming improvement or until these go at least beta. I'm sure some might be getting an increase in performance, but it sounds like a bit of a risk. I hope they solve the stuttering problem soon, but some games, esp those on UE3, seem to stutter on both AMD and Nvidia. Latest one for me is Remember Me.

I meant to say release notes once they DO go beta. Just typed it wrong. From the mixed reports it sounds too risky too, mostly regarding non game related problems.

After 2 days of play with theses drivers I'm back to 13.6. Although FPS was higher in most games I tested Grid 2, Bioshock infinite, crysis 3,Alan wake, to name a few. These there way to buggy. Issues Gpu voltage both reg & LN2 bios were up from 1.035 to 1.065 [in AB readout] @925/1375, blocked the Igpu driver from loading making MVP software fail, Eyefinity would take 20+ sec to engage [ only 2 screens both with full desktops till engagement] Think I'll wait for the full Beta TOO!

I went back to the beta 13.6's after these drives kept forcing my 2nd 7950, always the 2nd, to run at 99-100% usage all the time.

these drivers seem to have problems with steam, and any program cloud related including photoshop CC with mouse dissapearring in the program also same with steam

But it appears this isn't even a beta driver. The driver being talked about by one of the ATI team in the thread I just linked to could very well be the beta version of it. That's what sometimes happens when people get impatient and DL leaked drivers that aren't even beta yet. You wind up with annoying bugs. These guys are producing driver updates at record pace, at least give them some amount of time to release the beta version, or accept the consequences.
