Amd gpu problem

when i was about to turn on my pc my amd gpu suddenly fans spins fast and creates loud noise and there wre no signals in my monitor the hdmi cable are attached to my rx 570 gpu the day before this disaster happened the gpu fas perfectly fine and worked when i was about to play csgo the night before it suddenly turn off.
If someone can give an advice thank you please

Need card info, white stickers please. Put card in a totally different system with a better psu.
