if its the same price as an 8800gt and is slightly faster but at the same price why not get this card?

but is it worth the extra to get the 4850?

Looks good, but it looks like They are having shader count issues... wonder why..

Its supposed to have 640 shaders but the GPU-z shot shows 560..
