Dumb question, but what help do you need? If your pocket book can afford it, get the best one..... 8300 or 8500.

I was asking for help cuz I saw some peoples said that fx-8300 isn't good enough and 6300 is better !!! and I saw that the difference between the 8300 and the 8350 not huge ! so im asking about the best 1 in gaming performance and multitasking

I would not listen to those people. They are incorrect. FX 8XXX processors have more cores and more L2 Cache plus the IMC is higher.

How can a 6 core processor be better than a 8 core processor of the same architecture?
If your budget supports an FX 8300 then go for it, the FX 6300 is for people with smaller pockets that want better value for money. Eric_Cartman summed it up nicely.
LOL OP asked which one was better not cheaper.
First things first you'll need a decent MOBO Here is a list of different brands and power systems.
If you're going to go with the 8xxx series get something with a minimum 8+2 phase power section. Avoid the MSI boards cause so far user experience has been terrible. The jury is still out on the newer GD80 have seen only one and so far not bad. The newer Giga 990FXUD3 rev.3 boards are causing problems too, the older rev do fine.
Get some decent cooling the stock HS are barely adequate.
If you go with the 6xxx series you could get away with a 6+2 power section like the ASUS M5A 99FX Pro,. Personally I'd still spen the extra $30 and get something with some beef to it.
When OC'ing the 6 series will clock nearly as high as the 8 but takes more V_core for same clocks not a lot but more.
Don't think you'd see a difference in gaming but video rendering or Bluray work you will. All depends on what you use it for.
I'm very happy with my 8350 had a few growing pains with it cause they're hot and hungry for power. You also need a good stable PSU. And would suggest ram in the 1866 to 2133 range.
Here's a chrt put together by a good OC'er with a HD water cooling system. Direct comparison of V_core between the 63 and 83

As I explained above, games prefer clock speed over more cores.
Games won't use 8 cores, they barely use 4, and most barely use 2.
So the higher boost speed of the FX-6XXX series means it performs better in games.
You have to look at the use of the processor to say which is better.
Now if you are doing something that will use all 8 cores, then the FX-8XXX series is better.
Cost is a factor in determining the better processor.
If cost wasn't a factor we all considered then we all would have told him to move to Intel and buy an i7-3970X.
But we didn't.
And if you actually read you'll see in his first post he didn't ask which is better, he didn't really ask anything other than for help deciding and in his second post he asked which is best in gaming performance and multitasking.
Since a P4 can multitask just fine, really it comes down to gaming performance, which is what we are discussing.
So if you just want to keep starting arguments, go someplace else.
if you get the 8 core make sure you get a 990fx board, the MSI boards are complete crap refering to the 990fx GD80 and the GD60 unbelievably bad vdroop the asrock 990fx extreme 3 is also complete rubbish i have had all of them, the 990fx Sabertooth r2 on the other hand is a superb board rock solid and pushed my 8350 all the way to 4.9ghz with little effort, heat became my enemy at this point.

No, I would not generalize the fact that games like clock speed over cores, because that is simply not true. Yes there are some games that are far more CPU bound, and single threaded, so higher speed CPU is better for them (such as Skyrim), but other games it is different.
