In Canada thanks to the liberal Govt of Trudeau we have expanded Tax Free Savings Accounts. That means that all of the money is yours. You can put everything from Stocks to Savings accounts in your TFSA, have as many accounts as you want, accrue yearly and as long as you don't go over the yearly limit ($5500) all of the interest is yours too. I have a Investment TFSA, Work Group TFSA and personal Savings TFSA.
