Yes but they had a refined process and higher clocks. 500X there is no increase, same everything rebrand OEM only

OEM graphics cards are usually made by same AIBs as consumer products(Then AIB = ODM, like sapphire, PC partner/Zotac). Or reference designs from IHVs(Nvidia,AMD. Note ODM is still someone else, i.e. Sapphire, Tul,Palit, Pc Partner). The client base for OEM cards is Pc system builders rather than consumers.
