[WTB] AMD Opterons (Socket 1207) and DDR2 ECC RAM

I'm in need of some server grade stuff:

TWO or FOUR AMD Opteron Processors (Socket 1207/F): Ideally I'd like to get my hands on the 8356's, but any will work. I need a total of four, but will purchase in multiples of two.

DDR2 ECC RAM- Looking for either 1GB sticks or 512MB sticks. Need a total of 16. I'll purchase these in multiples of 4, however. Anything 400Mhz or above please.

actually I think your looking for Socket F (1207) if your wanting the 8xxx series of Opteron's. These are actually an LGA type socket much like the Intel LGA775 and above processors.

If your interested, I have a Tyan S4985 Quad socket motherboard with four 8350's, eight 512mb DDR2 667 ECC, and eight 1gb DDR2 667 ECC.

If your interested in the total package we could work something out. If your not interested in the motherboard I would not be able to part with the Opteron's and at least the eight 512mb ram.

I would however sell the eight 1gb DDR2 667 ECC memory modules.

Unfortunately I JUST bought a quad Opteron motherboard yesterday. How much are you looking for the 1GB modules?

I have 8 1GB DDR2-667 ECC sticks, check my F/S thread. I think I might have some 2218's (dual cores).

Clock speed on those Opterons is a little too slow for me, sorry.

I checked your for sale thread too, $15 a stick is too pricey for me, thanks but no thanks =)

You might want to edit your original post to reflect the added CPU requirement since you said "anything will work",
