[FS] AMD Phenom 9950 125W - Vista Home Premium 32/64 Retail

I'm getting rid of my baby so I can get a new baby. This is a Retail 9950 I've had running @ 3.2Ghz under my CM 600R @ 1.46v with no issues. I'm basing my price off of newegg's 9850 OEM and think I'm being fair.
For the proc, case badge, install manual, and box...Sold to DaC. If out of the USA and interested shoot me a PM on shipping. I'll make it worth your while!

2nd up is my copy of Vista Home Premium Retail Upgrade 32/64 bit. I used for about a year and only activated once but I'm satisfied with Windows 7 x64. These are pre SP1 but very well taken care off. Also includes receipt of when I bought the 64-bit disc from M$.
