AMD Rx 5700/XT blower style GPUS

Hey everyone, hope all are well. I just wanted to toss this out in the wild and see if i'm crazy or are others. I've been looking up pricing for my Rx 5700 (XT flashed) GPU incase i ever wanted to sell. I've been seeing prices on eBay and the like of $700-$900, seems like a lot, considering i traded a 1070ti for mine. Are these prices acurate? These things rare or did i miss something?

Kinda think the prices are a bit high myself, but they seem harder to find as time goes on. Anyhoo, the fans are Thermaltake Riing Plus 140s. Thank you for the compliment. Never posted pics of it before.

The prices are higher due to issues with covid-19. Everyone being stuck at home and wanting to upgrade their pc to play games
