Good day, I ask for help, there is a video card XFX RX 570 8 gb, memory Micron, constantly after turning off the PC, drivers fly off.Who faced such a problem please help.

I assume English is not your native language. I guess what you trying to say is... driver disappears everytime you shutdown.
Sounds like corrupted OS files, registry hive, NTFS permissions. Scan the OS drive for errors.
If you're using Windows 10, run CMD.exe with admin privileges, and type in "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth".
For Windows 7, type "sfc /scannow".
Try to uninstall AMD drivers, then AMD Cleanup Utility, DDU from safe mode, and then install the latest driver.
If it doesn't work, try to reinstall Windows.

It all started with firmware bios, can eat where original bios for XFX RX 570 8

If it will not work then its not a BIOS problem.
Make sure you're using the latest driver. Run DDU from safe mode before installation.
