AMD rx580.8gb mining card thermal paste changing and now can't mining

i have 2 gigabyte and 3 sapphire rx580 8gb, send 1giga and 3sapphire to shop for fan cleaning and thermal paste changing when i get back these 4 cards not through the benchmark test and show error can't mining anymore. i have 1giga mining card left and the other are not match in gpu-z, 4 error card show memory clock 300.0 MHz and not up and restart
sapphire are PN 299-4E353-030FC SKU# 11265-16

Shop tech said they clean and boot from bios and fan speed up and they think work, it boot window and can't mining
