AMD's new driver seems to be getting a bit more bloated. Would there be updated tool that also support a stripped down version of AMD GPU driver? Much like the NVCleanstall? I am sure the userbase would appreciate

I think if you let Windows 10 install a driver, that's all it installs. I don't remember Windows 10 installing Radeon Software.

Alternatively, run setup (to extract the package) but then cancel out of the installation. Go into Device Manager, find the graphics card, tell it to install a new driver, and point it to C:\AMD. It should theoretically install the drivers without the software.

Or...just install the package as normal and stop Radeon Software. Gear Icon -> General -> scroll down to Preferences section -> disable System Tray Menu.
