Another what o upgrade thread. BUT, I dont have any money

OK, system specs are on the left, Bad Company 2 is blowing my mind, and I would like to make it the best experience I can. Last upgrade was for Crysis.

What you reckon? preferably without a total overhaul.

RAM <-- More of it?
Quad Core CPU?
Another HD 4890 -- Can you mix different brands?

500W PSU at the moment

1. next 2 GB RAM
2. new PSU
3. second HD4890
4. Quad Core Q9550

More ram as everyone says. Then when piggy bank is filled up, then get a new quality psu to support new toys. If I am not mistaken, by that time its already 2011 and time to get new hex cores and things like. Just my $0.02

Yeah i agree with more ram.
what about a cpu cooler and a cheeky oc ? i have read that overclockers club got that processor to 4.3ghz !
I am fairly sure you can mix brands of gpu, especially amd ones. Again i would try and oc your 4890 as i have seen good frames from those babies.

1. PSU. Antec TruePower's are utter garbage.

2. RAM 4gb's is sufficient.

Everything else looks fine.

About the OC too, I have it sitting at 3.5 now with the stock cooler. Made a pretty significant differnce to Bad Company 2, but still didnt give me anymore cores
