The Antec P380 is a full-tower chassis that aims to offer an understated and clean look by employing solid and thick aluminum panels and excellent steel construction. The no-frills interior goes for a useful feature set - all at a price that seems to make sense.

Ikenai borderline!
No SSD/HDD trays behind the motherboard tray? What is this, 2010?

And those fans. Oh god, those fans. Antec still insists on including those dreadful integrated switches which are completely pointless because you have to open up the chassis and reach inside to actually adjust them. Is it too much to ask for an integrated fan controller hub like NZXT and Phanteks have been doing for years?

It wouldn't be so bad if the chassis had room for a fan controller - but it doesn't. What are you supposed to do with a pair of 5.25" bays with no front access?

Antec seriously need to get with the times. This chassis might have been good half a decade ago. Right now it has nothing going for it except the lack of LEDs on everything.

I have to agree with everything here. Antec hasn't innovated in years and still seems to be stuck doing the same stuff they've done for practically a decade. The fan control switches are absurdly outdated and the pair of useless 5.25" bays is a clear indicator that they simply re-used this frame from another design and stuck a floating aluminum faceplate on it.

I'd honestly rather have a P280 than this, this actually feels like a downgrade of some sort.

To build on what has been said above.

Having to "yank" the front of the case off to clean the filters or "Once removed, you will see the dust filter that covers the entire front. It may be pulled out through the bottom of the P380", I have to tilt the case back to remove it? What?!

Also that slimline drive placement is going to choke the front fans of air...

Rated 9.5? Nah more like 7.5 at best...

Good review, but I don't care for the case. Call me old fashioned:

Is it as heavy as the P180 P280. Those were build like tanks
And are the side panels insulated?

"What are you supposed to do with a pair of 5.25" bays with no front access?"
Why would anyone buy a case and have to duck tape an optical drive to the top?
Is there anyone out there that doesn't need a CD or DVD once in a while?
I am not going to buy a flat blank fronted case just because it looks "cool".
I don't even want the side window. I want options that I can use.
I'd rather have GLD's case. If Antec wants to become great again, forget about being trendy and make sure your power buttons don't break.

I am liking the minimalist design and excellent retail pricing, but yeah the case has flaws.
