EDIT: you could try changing your hotmail password. I noticed a few people with this issue and seems like i cannot just email them about it like if they never get to see the warning email..

It may not actually be you. My boss was telling me recently about a virus that embeds itself into someone's PC, looks at their contacts and assumes the identity of one of them. Makes it harder to track down the source.
