CPU cooler upgrade?
just my 2 cents for the cpu... I got this great little cooler for overclocking my cpu that only cost me about $25. My temps dropped from 174deg F (2.8ghz stock) idle during the summer with no A/c to 135F (OC to 3.5) during the summer with no A/C on my Pent. D... here's the linky

and a pic b/c i want to point out something...
when installed right, you can have the hot air go straight out the back of the pc instead of it hitting your gfx card. the unit is also fairly quiet. Oh, and you can also route cables over the top of it if you need to... my case doesn't have much room behind the board for cable management. the cooler includes a support bracket and thermal paste too.
