Hey guys im pretty new to pc gaming, used to play a lot when my dads computer was considered a beast, now... not so much, but hes getting a new one!
Hes given me the option to spend up to £1100 on a new computer AND 24 (ill take 22) inch monitor!
I dont really know anything about building pc's or anything just the odd bit here and there, but i found this (what seems to be) great site http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/pcs/ that pretty much lets you build and chose everything yourself!
I was wondering has anyone used this site/sites like it?
and if someone with more experience than I would be able to put the things I need and post them here from either this site or a site like it?
That'd be awesome! if you dont feel like it thanks for reading anyway!

Oh and Im assuming its important that you know what type of game id like to be able to play comfortably is, I wont be going out and buying the hardest to play games and putting them on ultra or anything, but id LIKE to be able to play say, skyrim or the new batman on high?
Well I guess thats it! thanks guys!

I'm sorry man, but that site is way overpriced. Maybe one of our members from the UK could suggest a better site to go to. I will PM one to find out. Also, Do you need accessories like a monitor and keyboard?

Aw that sucks =/ it seems far cheaper than pc world/amazon or any of the other stores I checked =/
But oh well live and learn! that'd be great if any of them knew somewhere better! :)
Thank you!

Edit : forgot to mention about accessories, ehh they're not essential as you can get them pretty cheap elsewhere but if its handy its handy :)

I got this for $1118. I'll keep messing with it though.

Edit: I could knock off a few dollars by going with a 22 inch monitor, but their selection on everything else is really limited and if you wanted to do any overclocking you would need a better CPU cooler and they really don't have any good ones for that.

Any suggestions?

Will do man. I will send you a P.M.

I guess that isn't too bad of a price for having someone build it for you though, I'm just used to being cheap. I put in a bigger power supply than you actually needed, but that is the most important part and you might want to upgrade later.

I hope you enjoy it if you get it and you should stick around these forums. It is really easy to learn a lot here.

Actually. on second thoughts....isnt there a shop in ireland that will build a compter for you??? Best to check there first before you order online. Im sure there has to be a few.

Secondly Ive gone a bit overboard with the Ginger6 customiser - is the monitor included as part of the overall total?
