Any programs besides ATi Tool to measure Voltage Reg temps?

Title says it all, is there any other software out there which can measure Voltage Regulator temps? I dont want to use ATi Tool to measure my temps anymore since 3D Detection doesn't work with my card and while ATi Tool is running it doesn't load my 3d clocks etc.
