I'm trying to edit a registry key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\AGP) but the registry won't let me create a new value, it says that the key is in use by a process.
I've tried:
- .reg file
- .inf file
- safe-mode
- safe-mode basic video
- using reg from the command line (Start > Run > CMD)
I tried msconfig too but there's no boot.ini or autoexec.bat anymore so no dice.
Any help?
