It's actual output is approximatly 748W, so that's pretty good, Quad GPU support, quiet, modular, it's 8-pin PCI-E... looks prety good.

No, the rated wattage isn't changed by the efficiency. The rated output doesn't change, all that changes is what it pulls from the wall socket. The less efficient, the more it pulls from the socket, given the same output levels.No problem. For anyone who doesn't know who reads this, actual output is calculated by doing this:
x= Specified wattage y= efficiency of psu z=actual wattage
x/100*y=z

Read edited post. A psu's rated output, is it's rated output, period. (Well, if manufacturer is being honest). The input power is what changes with different efficiencies.No, where I read it, it says that the effeciency is how much actual wattage it supplies to the system. Might it be different in America?
