Did this programming model force you to pay the Microsoft Tithe by forcing you to sell it through the Microsoft Store? That alone would put me completely off.

But the app would use TPU to retrieve the content right? if TPU is blocked the app would be useless in the job computer.

Ive gotten RSS feeds from sites that are blocked on a network. Just can't go to the site.

If it's a "metro" app it would needed to be submitted to the Store for approval.

Strange, when I went to blocked sites (in school) I couldn't get to anything, ever RSS/Atom feeds, maybe depends on blocking policy...

It would be useful an app that could download all TPU Reviews, news & articles, in one file, and you could read it offline everywhere, you download the file & the app from your home computer and you carry it everywhere
