Looks good, and not even costs much. I have to keep that cooler in mind!

I haven't seen it, but the fins look like aluminum and that might not be as efficient as a copper heatsink. But I have not encountered it so I wouldn't know.
Some reviews can be found at:
http://www.tweaktown.com/news/9514/arctic_launch_freezer_xtreme_cpu_cooler/index.html
http://www.techmessenger.com/Freeze...et-Twin-Tower-Cooling-Solution-080527001.html

It has a RSP of $40 which isn't too bad for a heatsink, but If I were you I would go copper.
Also, thermal grease has a large effect on cooling, sometimes an upgrade on grease could improve as much as an upgrade to a heatsink, while being MUCH less expensive.

If the last freezer cooler was anything to go buy this should be good, price is good. Wouldn't worry too much about the aluminum fins, as for the price you can't expect a pure copper cooler  . Like the fact it already has MX2 on as well:D good old arctic folks. Would wait for a review till you make your mind up, as it should hopefully be a fair bit better than the previous from arctic.

It looks nice. I wonder if I should upgrade from this good old Freezer 64 now.

Temps w/ Freezer 64 Pro + Arctic Silver 5 on 2.8GHz AMD Phenom 9850:

38C Load
28C Idle (w/out Cool and Quiet)
23C Idle (Cool and Quiet)
