I could be wrong, but if that Zalman is turned 180°, it would interfere with the RAM stick... maybe he just has a reverse ariflow, meaning air comes in at rear and goes out in front. Though that wouldn´t be much effective I think...

LOL at the fan thing. You live and learn.
That is a whole lot of wires and you did a pretty good job considering how open the inside of the case is; not many places to hide them.

oops airflow
Having the PSU at the top back of the case would prevent setting it up for reverse airflow unless you magic up a way to reverse the fan on it. Pretty much stuck with bottom front to top back airflow with that setup unless you want to do some pretty serious cutting and drilling
