Plus, their are the only ones in my PC the soft recognized as compiled with ICC.

I couldn't get it to run, when patched and I saw more variance than that on unpatched runs, I have as of yet to find anything that will run without error after being patched on Windows 10.

Have you tried opening the patcher with "run as admiistrator"? That's what I did.
