App to record videos of ingame footage

Title says it all, it cant be fraps because I will have to keep stringing loads of 30 sec vids together, which is just a pain in the arse, and I'm not about to pay for an app thats only going to be used while making the twilight K.E.T. mod, so any suggestions on free alternatives?

hypercam(free trial, captures and saves to avi.), debugmode wink(completely free, frame by frame.. plenty of tools for making tutorials, saves as a flash file, or an exe) and camtasia studio(free trial as well, its a lot more professional and junk you know?)
