Apple Files Another Lawsuit Against Samsung in the Netherlands

The enmity between Apple and
Samsung is set to build up after
Apple filed a new lawsuit in
Netherlands, seeking an
injunction against Samsung's
smartphones and tablets. According to AppleInsider, the latest lawsuit is more extensive
the one filed in Germany, where Apple claimed that Samsung
illegally copied the iPad design for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and banned its sales. Apple now demands in its new lawsuit a ban
on the sales of all Samsung's
smartphones and tablets running
the Google Android platform in
the Netherlands. It also requires
Samsung to do a complete recall of all affected Samsung devices
from European distributors and
resellers, which will affect its
entire supply chain in Europe.

this is getting old fast, apple looks like they are suing every company that even tries to compete, after the german court shot down the other suit, apples new patent cleared the patent office(a ridiculous one at that) and now I bet they're suing over that and if they are, they will sue more

Back on topic of this thread:

Apple lawsuits are frivolous and will, hopefully, be found such by any intelligent court.

IMO, using the legal system to tie the hands of competitors is wrong and that ,hopefully , some sane/intelligent/common sense body of rule will smack 'em (all who [ab]use the system) down (figuratively) and put a stop to the madness.

It is hurting the consumer (remember, the ones who buys their cr*p)... our pocketbooks/wallets, should decide the market and what we want to purchase - not some half-baked legal tactics.
