So who else is anxious and excited about Apple's announcement today!? I sure am!
Looks like we may finally have the official announcement of the rumored iTab/iSlate/Apple Tablet. Also, an iPhose OS 4.0 update, and maybe even an iTunes update. I have an iPhone 3G and I do use iTunes as my main media player so this is all exciting news to me. Anyone else excited? Where you are freaksavior!? ;)

apple tablet is so far seemingly more multimedia orientated than the other e-books. which imo is kinda dumb as it will probably run a premium and offer the same crap as other multimedia devices only with a bigger screen. seems more like a mac fan toy than anything.

um with the rumors of verizon making a deal with apple more intense. ATT announced that it will be making extreme changes to their network to address most of the iphone users complaints. not to mention the sweet text i got from ATT saying that they almost doubled the rate of early termination fee's and that if i left id get pwned with almost a grand worth of term fees.

idk im not to excited seems like reinventing the wheel on many levels only with a platique theme and icons with the benefit of having a chrome apple on the back and a higher price tag. it remains to be seen but i dont really see anything that it has over the HP tablet or any other multimedia tablets/handhelds on the market

Apple has stated that they will not be providing live feed from the event and they are discouraging attendees from taking video or audio of the event.

But after the event is over they should have it up on Apple's site in a few(or couple of days).

Yep, typical Apple guidelines, but no one follows those obviously. Look at that ustream feed. :)

apple did provide a 3mbps wifi line and a seperate blogging area. lots of people will be live blogging, even if video streaming isn't allowed.

also, i think apple is expected to release the footage later on, just not live.
