EDIT:

Both cards use 42mm mounting holes, which is good to know if you plan on changing the GPU cooler or adding a water block down the road.

I'm not entirely sure, it should be OK as the reference board isnt too different, but you may have to replace the included VRM sink on the card with one of the heatsinks supplied with the cooler.

If it's second hand, make sure the guy is selling it with the packaged heatsinks for the memory, VRM's et al, otherwise die temperature wont be your problem, VRM temps will.

My old artic xtreme was almost an inch over the pcb. There was no chance it would hit anything.

Arctic have some good coolers, but most of us hate assembling using plastic washers/spacers and sticky tape.

VRM cooling be concerning me more unless they just use crappy stick on heatsinks which i hate usinng as if on falls off while playing your going find out fast lol..
