Each VRM phase for the VCore or Input Voltage and System Agent uses an IR3555M 60A fully integrated PowIRstage which are best in class. Each PWM phase is doubled by an IR3599 doubler/quadruple.

The motherboard's VRM is also using best in class power stages and PWM, but I am unsure of the current capabilities of the inductors, and the VRM is five phases doubled to ten.

It's completely true that I didn't read the review and just drew conclusions from the youtube video, my question then is if each phase is rated 60 amps exactly how does it reach 105C loaded with 20 amps?

Well, dissipated heat depends on the regulation frequency too, also it's MSI, which is known to be in love with cheap components like nikos mosfets. I would not be surprised if they used good mosfets with bad supporting components for that circuit combined with a very poor cooling solution.
