Arctic Cooling Silencer 2 vs ZALMAN VF700???

I serched for every kind of cooling stuff except wather,and best are Arctic and Zalman
What to buy?
Help!!

this is the situation:

Artict Cooling Silencer 2 - 28.95$ - 1500Rmp/0.3 sone (15db is higher for a bit than 1 sone)
Zalman VF700 - 34.00 $ - 2 mods -> 1350rmp/18.5db and 2650rmp/28.5db
or maybe something else?

please fast respond to question because my friend is coming in 7 days from America.

I dont know about the Zalman but I have a silencer 2 and it has memory cooling.
The silencer 2 takes cool air from outside the case to cool the card.Keep that in mind.

I'd go the silencer, mainly cause i have the 3, they are easy to install (assuming you have the right cooler for the card) and work really well... overclocking from 400 to 440 core for me

Actually the Silencer blows the warm air off the card and OUT of the case

Zalman products work great as I have one of their CPU coolers. I havent ever used a silencer but I hear they're excellent too so its mainly about your own opinion. Not much really to choose between the two coolers.
