Arctic LFII 360 Air in pump?

Take it apart and test the motor separately if you’re comfortable doing that , the sound is like something is rubbing inside , or motor coils though very unlikely to be that loud , otherwise just get another one they are doomed to fail , pumps are the biggest weakness in water cooler

I am not sure what do you mean, all pumps make some noise and there has to be some air in the loop because the liquid expands as it heats up.

I'm looking for help I want be sure it's air in the loop, if yes I sent this on RMA. I ask because maybe someone have same problem and know how help. I don't know how remove this air from closed loop

You can't remove the air from AIO coolers.
I can't check your video right now but have you tried to install the radiator on the top to ensure air doesn't get stuck at the pump part?
