$7/$11 for a sleeve bearing--I wouldn't.

Looks like that Scythe fan is the only fan that would fit.

Only problem is that Scythe fans are at least from my experience poor quality stuff. Had 5x 60mm standard thickness fans and they all started rattling after 2-3 weeks. Had one 120mm such slim on top of my case and it was so damn noisy and vibrating that i had to remove it and just seal the grill with transparent plastic because normal fans can't fit there because of the CPU cooler.

On the other hand i have bunch of BlackSilent Noiseblocker fans, the cheapest models from this company and they are dead silent and still going strong for ages. They don't make slim versions though.

LOL just looked at the profile of the (only) seller of that fan. He's actually half-Japanese. And he's the only seller over here of the other products he sells (mostly Scythe too). No Scythe HSFs though, as that's the only Scythe products that others sell.

I have a pair of those on a Scythe VGA cooler installed on my old 4870, and they have always worked great, going on two years. Very quiet at around 3/4 speed, and put off an adequate amount of air. When I say quiet, I'm a silence freak, so I mean quiet. They are cute as hell.

Yeah, that is what he was saying. $7 for the Yates, $11 for the Sycthe, both have sleeve bearings.

Personally, I don't mind sleeve bearings, but I take my fans out once a year and oil them so it isn't a big deal.
