Core i7-5775C and i5-5675C as Frick mentioned, their less widely known BGA only predecessors Crystal Well such as the i7-4770R and i5-4670R.

The idea was dropped afterwards on the x86 space and has only come up again with 3D stacked cache, which AMD placed at level 3 transparently (this makes it more valuable to the CPU as well).
