Are These Fans Any Good?

I just got 2 Yate Loon fans off my friend for free and wanted to know if they were any good:

120x25mm, 46cfm, 1350+10%RPM, 25dB. They are very, very quiet. I'm a little concerned that they aren't that good for cooling. They will be put in the side and internal slot of an Antec 900. So are they any good for cooling?

Should help, better than none

.. to low speed for my liking and i like 120x38mm fans more.

Yate Loon i have only heard good things about them and if they do 46cfm @ 1350RPM thats fair good it's more about your requirements though.

I like Pana fans most due to there larger motor they tend to have.

I have fans exactly like those and never had any problems with them, I think they're a perfect solution for low-noise cooling.

The fans are sleeve bearing, is this better or worse than ball bearing or dual ball bearing? What's the difference in terms of air flow/noise levels?
