I think it would be easier to give us a budget so we can look for you - the Lenovo aint bad, but ACER have problems with build quality, reliablity & over all customer satisfaction. - Im not lying to you when i say there are huge groups of people that hate Acer.

LOL i heard about Acer but never gotten a laptop from them so i didnt know, and on price is like 400 range she doesnt need something to powerful as its just for collage

cuz she wanted a dell but there plain for the cheap ones

I think using paper and glue for a collage would be more suitable. As for college work, I'd go for the Lenovo, simply because specs are more than enough and it's cheap.

well nobody said you had to buy it directly from DELL - bestbuy has no interest for 18months - but the item has to be over $499. but im not too sure about their warranty.
