I remember the board having a fsb wall and that you needed the oc beta bios to be able to go higher. It was a long time ago so sorry i can't be of any more help. Also do you have any software overclocking tools that may change the settings on boot? try for example boot into XP with hirenboot cd and see if the same thing happens@krusha03
Disabled all I/Os (except primary IDE), set FSB 270 MHz and multi at x8...
Multiplier and voltage shows as x8 and 1,56 V...
