Great review. I had a question I was hoping someone could answer...

I just purchased this board for a planned 6850k 4k gaming build. Ill be using a Samsung 950 m.2 boot drive and im hoping at some point to get a second GPU into the mix. I am a novice when it comes to building systems and I cannot find out if adding a second GPU will be possible if I am using the m.2 drive. My CPU will have the lanes for it, but will it physically be possible? And if so, which of the two m.2 slots should I use. I seem to read conflicting things.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. Any recommendation for which M.2 slot to use to ensure it doesnt interfere down the road with a second GPU?
any. GPU connects to CPU, M.2 to chipset, so lanes aren't a concern. You could also visit the product page, download the manual, and check this stuff out.

originally had an Asus x99 sabretooth which I painted white , I saw the x99Taichi and just had to swap it out . Found it much easier to work with , the BIOS is excellent . As a comparison I prefer the Taichi to the Sabretooth . I found that the Taichi overclocked the memory better and I am able to have a stable 4.4GHz O/C at 1.185v on my i7 5960x . And of course , I think it looks better too .
