Asus auto tuning

Hi guys iv recently thought about buying an asus z77 V pro for the new ivy bridge CPUs and iv heard about the auto tuning software on asus boards so does this software work as well as asus claims?

it works quiet well, many of my friends has used it, on their SB systems aka P67/Z68, my only concern is that all the "auto tunning" or overclocking softwares or what u wanna call they gives the new cpu's too much voltage.

i know if i use Asus' software to tune my i5-2500k to 4,5ghz it will give it +1.3xxV up to around 1.4xxV if i do it manually i can do 1.280V i bios and reading with CPU-Z (lastest build) gives me 1.288V which i think is fine for running as i do now, i don't want higher than that.
