I can't remember the last TPU review that gave anything a perfect 10. This graphics card must really be something special.

I think you're right, actually. I just read a bit of that review and W1zz said that it's the first card he's ever given a 10 to. I doubt that any other products ie mobos, PSUs etc have ever gotten a 10.

Asus does release some amazing products when it puts its mind to it.

EDIT: review is here.

I knew about TPU in 2004, shortly after it started up and used to look at the news and lurk the forum regularly. However, I didn't bother registering for the forum until December 2007. It's a shame I didn't register in 2004, as I could have been one of the original members and had a million posts. :ohwell:

Why restrict it to video cards? There'll be motherboards, PSUs, sound cards, headphones, keyboards, mice, cases, etc. which are "W1zzard" signed.:laugh::laugh:

There'll be motherboards,

Already got "TPU" on ASUS motherboards. ;)

Tech giant, TechPowerUp (affectionately sharing an acronym with our ‘TPU’) just gave the new ASUS GeForce GTX 670 DirectCU II a perfect 10 score! By their own admission – a very first! In their own words:

When perfect 10 is given to any product from a long time reviewer who rarely does give 10/10 rating, I am sure the majority of companies would make sure it is published somewhere on their site.

I don't need Asus to tell me that TPU is a Tech Giant!!

"ASUS has done away with NVIDIA’s cheap voltage regulation circuitry and put a much better CHiL controller on the card, which also supports voltage control and monitoring.”

I wonder how Nvidia feels about that quote?
