A few years ago, ASUS were building amazing laptops with UHD 4k screens. I have one - 13", my main laptop / workhorse at the moment. Font rendering is superb, and small print also very readable. Backlighting is not perfect, but I'll go for resolution over perfect colour/tone.

What happened? Where did all the UHD laptops go? I'd like to have a more modern chipset, not to be faster - this is fast enough - but more memory to reduce pagefile lag, lower power consumption, longer battery. I would really like to have a WHOLE WORKING DAY on battery.

Come on ASUS!
