Going to be a while until we see his SLi review then
According to the GPU-Z screenshot, he did not use 267.71
According to the image he posted in the review, it was running 267.52
All of that said, I am still disappointed but only slightly. I never see myself owning a $600+ card, If I were to come close, it would be 2 GTX 570's or 2 HD 6950's, Or future equivalents. But I still need to upgrade the rest of my system before I would worry about it.
Ah, OK. Very odd, to say the least...in the vid ECH linked to, you can see the fuse blow, but it looks to be the opposite one....very interesting indeed.
They dunno whut happened, yet the "fuse" is there.
Is kinda funny that the ASUS 590 box says big and loud "Voltage Tweak" up to 50% faster
I think that might be the easter egg bta was referring to.
Nope, keep trying.
bta, where's my cookie?
interesting find, must have happened at some point during switching cards back and forth. i retested max oc on the correct driver, got the same results and uploaded the screenshot.
the card blew on another rig which definitely had 267.71 installed (i double checked while on the phone with nvidia)
One of these things is not like the others. Is that what blew up?
nope, you can look at the closeup shots, they are from the dead card, i couldnt find any visible damage at that time
Is it on page four (bottom photo) - the match above the chip
no easter egg, it has been in the reviews for ages to illustrate size. nice find though, didn't think of it in that context
yeah you're right, closet ones are the x550 7.5 and x1300 7.8 neither of which are flagships.
so it is the first time a flagship has scored this low on tpu.
Nope, that's Asus' tag line. They have used it for awhile.
pic of crysis 2 with reference to dx 11?
yeah figured that out, still odd
off topic ff4 isn't liking this whole multi quote thing.
Well is it Page 21, that the Peak Power (356 W) is higher than the Maximum Power (334 W)
Don't forget BadaBOOM. :shadedshu
interesting, must have been swapped inadvertently
Uh, no, you guys just looked at pics, didn't read the text that explains why those figures are where they are.
Rather than telling you why, I'll let you go and check it out for yourself
Can my rig feed this card?
I would recommend upping your power supply if you're going to be overclocking either the card or the CPU.
Actually I did read the text above the graphs and did not "just looked at the pics" but the wording between the sentence and what is used in the graphs is not the same so it was a little confusing.
Separate names with a comma.
