Asus gtx 1050 ti 4gb expedition bios enquires

Yea that the exact bios i used and cross checked with gpuid the day i got it. Still i still believe the problem lays on the graphic card doing weird colours on screen and unexpected reboot when using unigine suoer position. Im gonna send it away for repair in the morning so i hope i hear back from the repair centre in a few days.

I know how to use nvflash on asus gtx 750 ti oc no problem. Just the command part is abit confusing for the gtx 1050 ti as it goes like nvflash64 -6 BIOS.rom in the bat file do i need to add more command in it?

Okay re-install that bios because what is weird is that your card only reads at 0

It is possible that you were sent a non OC Edition card to

There are a few other bios files we can try but other than that I don't know what more to do

How you mean 0? As it shows in one of the picture as when i used screenshot the gpuid shows 0 in sensors

That ok i did try other bios before none were any better or worse but the strange problem is the gpu boost went to 1823mhz i think cant remember exacty but it shown in the msi afterburner panel which i find strange

Ok return MSI afterburner to defaults, turn it off for now. Return Nvidia control panel back to defaults for now.

Not to worry for now im gonna post the graphic card for repair in the morning so hopely they will contact me about the problem they found wrong on the graphic card and i will do the following up on this

Well theres good news and bad news the good part is i got the other asus gtx 1050 ti oc expediton in the post today all working fine no issues and i backed up the bios on that card just incase did superposition bench test on default setting passed all flying colours. Now the bad part is the graphic card i sent away for repair the company wont repair it as they said it too expensive to replace the memory chips and gpu chip and i did my research the memory chips are €11 apiece and the gpu chip is €122. Im gonna find another company who can reball or replace the chips once i can supply the memory chips. I know for a fact the gpu chip is fine just a bad batch of micron.

The other graphic card have the micron D9SXD with 9KZY date all the same on 4 memory banks.

Got a quote for the other asus gtx 1050 ti oc expedtion as electronic parther said it will cost €380 just to replace the gpu alone i was thinking wtf that more than the graphic card is worth im gonna try another repair centre when i get a chance to order the memory chips some day soon

I decided to not to get the other asus gtx 1050 ti oc expedition repaired as i just had the great idea is to take the fan, cover and heatsink and i discovered that the heatsink and fan are compatiable on the asus gtx 750 ti oc so yeah at least i can use gtx 1050 ti fans to upgrade the asus gtx 750 ti oc filmsy fans and it a straight fit just the cable abit short but i can make fix that to add more lenght of cable at least it only cost me €35 for the faulty asus gtx 1050 ti oc expedition. As i personally think the newer fans are alot nicer and quieter as it have bigger fan blade and colour matches the fan shroud unlike the other fans it more see through and thinner fan blades as abit noisy at higher fan speed
