which of these boards r best when it comes to oc?

i may have my hand on a second handed UD7 but i luv the colour theme of my Gene ^^;

it's 24phase (UD7) vs. 12phase (III Gene).

i am planing maybe GTX570 SLi later on, but not for now and i got my Auzentech Bravura 7.1 PCI-E x1 i use and i kinda wanna run SLi in x16 :rolleyes: and i already got a i7-860 Lynnfield so i got a nice cpu and there ain't that much space on my III Gene for sli when i my audio card and i got a fine PCI-E x1 flex riser so my GTX570 runs x16 now.
