ASUS or Gigabyte Motherboard - Help!

Hi guys! i plan to buy a new motherboard but i have 2 choices in hand and i don´t know wich one of this is better, i like your opinions and commentaries about this products, please

the first one is an ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO

or the second choice is the GIGABYTE GA-MA785GT-UD3H

this motherboard is planed to be assembled with an AMD phenom II X3 720 BE and SuperTalent ddr3 1333Mhz memories.

Tell me your opinions about this 2 products, tnx pals!

I've got terrible experience with both manufacturers' motherboards and I won't buy (or recommend) any of their products on principle.

As for motherboard... If you want best, go for DFI Lanparty

I would say go for the Gigabyte, unless you are trying to build a tiny computer like I did I would recommend going for ATX vs MicroATX, ATX boards have more expansion options and are typically less cramped. Gigabyte's latest boards are incredible, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone

For AMD, go with Asus for sure. It runs cooler. Aside from that, they are the same chipset so really, perhaps get what is cheaper. The only reason Gigabytes newer boards are "incredible" is because they aren't utter crap and they actually work well. Gigabyte + AMD has never worked well for me, I've had several issues with several boards spanning from s754 through AM3.
