Motherboard MSI X99A Godlike Gaming Carbon
Cooling CPU/GPU loop with 480mm and 360mm radiators
Memory 32GB Corsair Dominator 3000MHz C15
Video Card(s) 2x EVGA 1080 SC ACX @ 1830/1330
Storage Samsung 950 Pro M.2 512GB, WD 2TB Black HDD
Case Corsair 900D
Power Supply EVGA 850W Gold 80 plus PSU
Software Windows 10 Pro
The two graphics cards that I have in my system are:
Asus Platinum HD7970 Matrix 1100/1650 3GB - Stock core voltage of 1257mv
XFX Radeon HD7970 925/1375 3GB - Stock core voltage of 1170mv

Other system specs:
i7 3770k OC @ 4.7Ghz (Confirmed stable)
32Gb DDR3 RAM 2400Mhz
128GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD
1TB Caviar Black WD HDD
Asus Maximus V Formula eATX Motherboard

My drivers are up to date and my temps during the tests are normal.

I decided that I was going to see how far i could push my GPU's on stock voltage. I started with the XFX card and was able to reach 1100/1525 at stock voltage. To confirm stability I ran and monitored a 10 minute Furmark 1080P Burn-in test and saw no problems at all.

I then moved on to the Asus card. I started with the memory and was able to clock it at 1750 with no issues. When I started with something i deemed reasonable; 1200Mhz. The second I opened Furmark it crashed. I had to lower the core clock to 1170Mhz before I could even open Furmark. When I ran a Burn-in test I immediately got artifacts. I continued to drop the core clock and yet continued to get artifacts until I reached 1155Mhz. So I said "OK" and decided to try and push 1155Mhz with an increased voltage. No matter how high I increased the voltage the clock was not stable >1155. I've spent several hours doing research and trying to find the right combination of the two and have had no success.

If anyone has any suggestions on how I may be able to push 1155Mhz, I would really appreciate it. :)

Voltage tweaking doesn't work on ASUS CUII and Matrix VGAs without Maximus V Extreme board, it seems(you need to plug cards into board and let board adjust voltages).

Are you using asus gpu tweak to overclock? My Matrix card will do 1200/1750 on stock voltages.

Yeah i am using Asus GPU tweak. I was able to clock my memory to 1750 but as i said, it won't go past 1150 :\ It doesn't really matter, it's only for the sake of benchmarks.
