Asus Prime x570-p and x570-pro cooling hazard?

Hey guys, I've been looking to build a new budget rig and decided on the lower spectrum of the Asus MB's that have received decent reviews for their VRM. The Prime x570-p & pro heatsinks for example really appear to do a great job of keeping it cool even with an overclocked x3900.

I just noticed that their chipset fan is higher on the MB though. More so than other brands. Prime x570-p, PRO and TUF are all like that. For example this is a photo I found on the internet. It's right on top of the chipset fan. Should this even worry me?

Sorry, but what exactly is the issue?
That the graphics card sits above the fan?
Why is this a hazard?

It's been awhile since I had a MB with a chipset fan.

So that shouldn't be a problem?
