ASUS takes all-in-one liquid coolers to the extreme with the ROG Ryujin II 360. Its 3.5" LCD display delivers vibrant graphics and even hardware-monitoring functionality. Meanwhile, Noctua IndustrialPPC fans achieve that quality feel you expect, making for a truly over-the-top cooler that has a price to match.

I'm curious as to how it compares against the Artic Liquid Freezers, which are/were one of the top reviewed coolers and its VRM fan being both a half-gimmick and half-viable (according to GN; but dependent on motherboard design).

That said, a screen on over the CPU would have been a great novelty in the past, but nowadays, with various cheap chinesium LED screens one can get off Aliexpress for adding a display to a rig, it doesn't seem as exciting anymore.

I expect 420 14x3 6cm thick, combined GPU/CPU AIO with 4K wireless retina display for that kind of money.

Yes and No! the fans are for my purpose too slow. i've got the predecessor, 240er ryujin, and pimped it with the Noctua_ F-A14 PPC 3000 PWM. Then its powerful. it never comes to 3000r/pm but the 2000s coming too often to the limit for my taste.
one vent is ~40€.. on top.

but the cooler is outstanding. my 11th i7 never hits 85°C in heavy loads. it's worth every cent cus once build in its working for a while..

I mean heres the thing, you put those fans on just about any other asetek aio and it'll probably perform the same. But of course if you like it its good

Who buys these kinds of expensive AIO's? Perhaps 0.02% of the entire desktop market? For me, the man on the street, I am back to Amazon Warehouse for a slightly "name-brand" scratched and nicked 360mm AIO in the $60 range with absolute return guarantees.
